Though the cake looked beautiful, the taste was awful. It was very synthetic, there was no mango pieces and i could not taste the passionfruit ... the majoroty was filled with cream. I would suggest another pattiserie for such a cake of this price. The personalised plaque was done wrong. I asked for the '!' To be on one line with engagement but they did not do this. When discussing this with the customer service department I was told I had to email a photo, explain the issue and was told they do not deliver a new personalised plaque and can only offer a refund. I am still waiting a response having sent an email with photo evidence, a refund, and unfortunately my engagment was ruined because they they wrote this wrong, there was no visual preview of what it would look like and I was under the max number of letters/words.

I'm still waiting for a response regarding the personalised plaque and refund and despite some reviews mentioning no mango pieces and their response suggested they will address this... clearly they have not.

Amazing cake, it went down a treat, not overly sweet, just perfect!

So light you don’t realise you have eaten it and you can easily go back for more.
Fantastic quality with a wonderful flavour of mango and passion fruit. A really light sponge and not too sweet ‘butter cream’.
Well packed, delivered on requested date and that WOW factor when you open the box for the first time.
Loved it as did all who tried it.

Epic Cake! Arrived in perfect condition, exactly as pictured. Firework candles were the finishing touch. Complete show-stopper!

The vanilla 2-tier wedding cake was perfect for our celebration. It was perfectly packed with dry ice to keep it frozen during the delivery and we left it at room temperature for 4 hours to defrost it. Everyone enjoyed it, and it was a lovely touch to include a Congratulations card - thank you!

I sent my daughter this as she was having a guest to stay for the weekend. Arrived on time just as I’d asked for. She loved the nostalgia of school cakes will definitely order again.

These are the best Dubai chocolate type food I have tried. Found others to be too sickly, but not these. Delivery was next day and everything was good & fresh. Will definitely be trying more from here in the future

What a stunning and absolutely delicious birthday cake. Arrived as planned and well packaged, easy to store in the fridge for 24hrs. On the day delicious cake so moist and looked amazing.All my birthday guests enjoyed the cake and was lovely and light to finish off our meal. 5stars all round. I ordered the carrot cake for my son’s 18th. We had 15 people attending- there was plenty for everyone! It arrived frozen the day before, well packaged and secure. The cake looked exactly like the image on the website. The cake was absolutely delicious- could not fault it. This was my first order to celebrate our daughter's 30th Birthday and the birth of our first grandchild - we had a wonderful afternoon paring these beautiful cakes with champagne. Delighted with the cake we ordered for a special birthday.
It arrived well packed with dry ice bags & we defrosted overnight in the fridge.
Best cake ever - much better than the supermarket ones.
I recommend adding the number candles & personalised inscription for a personal touch too.
